3D Printing

Our 3D printing equipment is exclusively sourced from our partner, ELEGOO, a highly esteemed and reputable 3D printer manufacturer known for its exceptional products. This collaboration allows us to utilize industrial-grade materials in all our printing processes exclusively. By employing such high-quality materials, we uphold the utmost durability, reliability, and precision standards in our prints. Our commitment to excellence ensures that every finished product meets or exceeds the expectations of our customers.

Post Processing

  • Remove excess resin from hollow sections

  • Curing to ensure optimal structure integrity

  • Remove support material to leave a clean and refined surface

  • The remaining support nibs are carefully sanded smooth

Quality Check

All printed components go through a comprehensive curing procedure before packaging to ensure they fulfil the requirements set out by the material's manufacturer. The pieces will be at their strongest and most durable after this curing process. Before each item is meticulously packaged for shipping, our packing procedures also involve painstaking checks to ensure the quality and integrity of each one. We ensure that your 3D printed components arrive in excellent condition, prepared for immediate use or additional processing, by upholding these high standards.
